CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) is authorized by the National Certification and Accreditation Administration Committee to implement the national accreditation system for conformity assessment. It is a member of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) and the Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) mutual recognition agreements, possessing high authority and credibility internationally.

By obtaining CNAS certification, it signifies that LEELEN Testing Center's hardware facilities, testing capabilities, and management level meet international accreditation standards. It demonstrates the technical competence and internationally advanced management capabilities to provide professional testing services. The certification ensures that the testing services offered are compliant, accurate, and possess international authority and credibility.

LEELEN Testing Center was established in 2005 and covers equipment capabilities in areas such as environmental reliability, mechanical reliability, electromagnetic compatibility, safety performance, and material performance testing. It has also established a building intercom audio testing environment that meets the same national standards.

The testing center has established a standardized quality management system in accordance with the international standard ISO 17025 for laboratory accreditation services. All work is carried out under strict procedures and in compliance with national regulatory requirements. A scientific and impartial approach is maintained towards all clients, and all testing work is conducted according to technical standards and approved testing methods. The team consists of experienced testing engineers who provide testing services for product development and manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control for product testing.
